Celebrate New Year's Eve at Casa Rústica
The whole team at Casa Rústica is preparing a special evening to say goodbye to 2026 and welcome the New Year in a warm, festive atmosphere.
Our chef Antonia López and her kitchen team have created a special menu for the occasion, starting with a welcome aperitif followed by a festive dinner.
As midnight approaches, we'll tune in to the famous clock at Madrid's Puerta del Sol to welcome 2027 with the traditional twelve lucky grapes, a few surprises and plenty of reasons to celebrate together

Puff pastry toast topped with sea bass ceviche, nuts and a hint of lime
Panzotti pasta filled with slow-cooked beef shank, served with its own cooking sauce
